Parents are ultimately responsible for their children during the weekend and should make sure that their children are not walking around the hotel unattended or leaving the grounds but are in their respective meetings as listed below.

Please do not bring children who have had vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 24 hours.

Crèche: The crèche will be parent-led. We will have a very pleasant room set up for you and your child to be in with lots of toys, planned singing, snacks, and a craft/colouring table. There will be a room coordinator and helper to help oversee supplies, snacks, and light tidying, but there will be no designated serving ones during this time. For parents staying in crèche, there will be a video link in one corner of the room. If you want to leave your child at the crèche to attend the live meeting or serve in another area, please coordinate with another parent/carer to take responsibility for your child during that meeting session.

Children (UK School Years Reception  Year 6)
There will be meetings for children aged 4-11.

Children must be brought to the children’s meetings by their parent or guardian (18+) and signed in. Please do not allow your children to come to children’s meeting on their own. Families should register together at the main registration at the beginning of the conference and then sign their children in and out before and after each meeting at the appropriate room. Sign-in will begin at the classrooms 20 minutes prior to meeting times. Those who arrive earlier will need to remain with their children until classroom sign-in begins.

Children will only be looked after during the meetings. Parents or guardians (18+) must collect their children immediately after each meeting and sign their child out. Parents or guardians are responsible for looking after their children before and after the meetings and during the break time.

Please bring a water bottle or drink that is clearly labelled for your child.

Snack will be provided during the meetings; however, children will eat their lunch with their parents/carers. Please note that no food can be brought into the hotel venue.

Young People
There will be meetings for the young people (12-17 years old), except on the Lord’s Day morning. If young people would prefer to attend the conference meetings, we would encourage them to do so. However, to maintain a positive atmosphere, we would ask that young people remain for the full duration of whichever sessions they attend.

We request that young people who have never attended a young people’s meeting before are accompanied by an adult shepherd.

Church Hospitality

The church in London is pleased to extend hospitality to those who would like to stay with the homes of the church during the LIBC, prioritizing those who have traveled from further away, subject to availability.
